- Scope
AM VILLAGE Principles
AM Village (AMV) is a five days’ workshop containing practice interactions and theory briefings and seminars. AMV is neither exhibition nor conference. AMV is a platform to gather AM experts, AM enthusiasts and AM interested people from Armed Forces, Industry and Research and Academia to exchange experiences and discuss AM topics around military context.
- AM Village aims to address military requirements in regards of using AM and to seek industrial solutions.
- AM Village aims to foster cooperation amongst cMS and towards industry and academia.
- The exchange of practical and theoretical experiences amongst participants is aiming to further promote and support the implementation of AM in Armed Forces.
AMV is just a workshop and due to the given sensitive defense context, participants are invited from countries, enterprises and entities from countries sharing the same values and objectives.
- OBJECTIVES

Conducted under the umbrella of a Host Nation. Host Nation Support is free of charge. This includes means of transport for loading and re-loading on side and energy supply.

AM Village provides a platform for all AM technologies which provide potentially operational advantages for Armed Forces.

Any AMV is focusing on specific topics which will be defined within the Cat B Project AM for Logistic Support

AM Village is for all participants free of charge
Host Nation Support
Free of charge. This includes means of transport for loading and re-loading on side and energy supply.

Meeting rooms
Daily access and its control to the venue is the responsibility of Host Nation. The registration process is led by EDA.

PROVISIONS
Food, accommodation and transport is responsibility of participants, and they are on their own charges.

AM VILLAGE CAPACITY
AM Village capacity approx. 400 participants daily with a usual share of 60% military 40% industry and academia

MEETING ROOMS
With a capacity of 200-250 people is mandatory for the daily morning and de-briefings. The room can be used for seminars and briefings as well. Audio and beamer installation.

MEETING ROOMS
One meeting room with a capacity of 80-100 people with a beamer installation for seminars and briefings.
04
MEETING ROOMS
14 meeting rooms with capacity for 25-50 people with projector screens and Internet access.
